We developed the Electronic Parcel Processing service to interact with your paid parcel carrier’s data for reporting, auditing and shipment tracking detail.

The program can monitor all of the different hops a shipment is making internationally, including the different airports and time zones.  This can be useful to help discover where shipments might be breaking down.

Every time a bar code is swiped on your shipment, an electronic record is made, creating a shipment status report.  There could be as many as 8 shipment status reports attached to one international shipment.  Trendset then receives these status reports from the paid parcel carrier on all shipments that you have made.

We put the data into our system, analyze it and give back reports like:


  • Measurement of all shipments that were not delivered on time

  • Shows all audit savings that were discovered

  • Package dimensionalization errors

  • International audits



The entire system is based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).  This means that you can ship anything to any country in the world, and the times that come back to you are the actual local times in that country.
