TrendTools is a Web portal of tools available exclusively to Trendset clients.  It gives our clients real-time information access –24/7" via secure Web connections.

TrendTools is a totally customized tool for the unique needs of each Trendset client.  Some of the capabilities of TrendTools include:

• Provides clients information on shipments that are pending payment and shipments that have been paid
  
• Custom reporting and query capabilities
  
• Ability to access an individual discreet shipment and view all of the data pertaining to that shipment document on the screen
  
• Ability to view, email, print and download images of all shipment documents (freight bills, bills of lading, delivery receipts, etc.)
  
• Execute and print standard reports
  
• Design and print customized reports with our ReportWriter feature
  
• Approve or deny a payment that may be on hold
  
• Conduct dynamic account code allocation changes and maintain account codes
  
• Ability to collect accrued freight costs (shipments that have been completed but not paid) then execute and print a report with graphs and charts
  
• Ability for data to be exported into various formats like Excel and Access for local use
  
• FTP client is available for uploading and downloading large data files for multiple locations
